Since the start of the pandemic, Malta has done a total of 401,904 swab tests, surpassing the 400,000 mark in the past 24 hours.
Surpassing the 400,000 mark means 80% of the population however one has to consider all of the front-liners and other people who did the test multiple times.
Malta also maintained its position in having one of the lowest positivity rates in Europe.
