The third person who is suspected to be involved in Sliema’s double murder has been arrested in a hotel in Cádiz, Spain.

The man was arrested shortly after the police issued a European Arrest Warrant against him. He will now go trough all necessary procedures to be taken back to Malta.

Two other people are being charged with the murder which happened on the 18th of August. Daniel Muka and Victor Dragomanski.

Daniel Muka has stated that he was not the “mastermind” behind this crime. However Victor said as soon as he was arrested that “Daniel killed them for nothing” 

The police are are speculating that the motive of the murder was theft, as gold items have reportedly been stolen.
